My Approach

My approach to photographing your wedding day is simple: I want you to be fully present - you are after all the guests of honor, celebrating with your most important family and friends!

Rather then constantly directing or interrrupting moments, I take a relaxed approach, gently guiding you when needed while allowing the day to unfold naturally.

My focus is on capturing genuine emotion, the quiet in-between moments, the little details and all the love, laughter and connection that make your love story uniquely yours.

The result is a collection of photographs that feel honest, timeless and true to who you are - every time you look at them, you feel the emotion and magic of your beautiful day all over again.

How it works

Choosing a wedding photographer is an important decision.  Not only do you need to like your photographers style of work, you must also connect with them on a personal level. I believe a good relationship is important and is key to achieving successful pictures.

My style of photography is relaxed and romantic. I will help you with setting your timeline for the day, allowing time for the photographs that are important to you, and the ones that I know will be important to you. Where possible I will join you at your wedding venue prior to your wedding day to walk through options and discuss ideas for taking pictures.

When it comes time for the wedding couple portraits, I will help to gently pose you so you don’t feel stiff and awkward….and I have a few little tricks up my sleeve to help you relax and forget I am there.

After your wedding day, your photographs will be edited and presented to you via an online gallery that you can share with family and friends.  You will be able to download your digital images from your gallery and I will assist you with selecting prints, wall art, display boxes and albums to showcase your beautiful photographs in your home.
